What is the Founding 99?
The first 99 businesses I onboard by hand. Founding members get white-glove setup (I build your site and move you over personally) plus a direct line to me for feedback and feature requests. It's a real cap, not a fake countdown: it's how many businesses I can personally build and hand-onboard without dropping the ball. When the 99 fill up, new onboarding moves to a waitlist.
How much is it?
$19/mo month-to-month, or $15/mo when you pay annually ($180/yr). No contract, cancel anytime. That's less than Wix or Squarespace charge for a worse website, and it already includes online booking, which they make you bolt on with a separate paid tool.
Why monthly instead of one payment?
Because we host it, keep it fast and secure, and stand behind it for as long as you're with us, and honestly, because a monthly price is the same shape you're already paying Wix or Squarespace, just cheaper and better. No surprise renewals, no bait-and-switch: the price you sign up at is the price you keep.
What if my business takes off?
Good. That's the point. You move up to Core to get a dedicated business phone line, SMS reminders on your bookings, invoicing, and your full customer CRM. Yes. Tell us your current site (or just your business) and we move your content over, make it faster and more modern, and wire up your booking, then send you a link to claim it. You don't have to learn a website builder. You can edit anything yourself afterward, any time.
Do I need a custom domain like mycompany.com?
You don't need one. You get yourname.usemeep.com out of the box. But if you own your own .com, you can connect it with a real SSL cert hosted natively on our infrastructure. Custom domains are included, no upgrade required. If you don't have a domain yet, the free subdomain works great until you're ready.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, no contract. If you cancel, we give you a grace period and then unpublish your site (we keep your data so you can reactivate). Month-to-month means month-to-month.
Is this live yet?
